MEET CHEF CHEN
Chen grew up surrounded by the bold flavours and warm hospitality that define Southern comfort food. After cutting his teeth in Nashville's vibrant food scene, he studied culinary arts at George Brown College and brought his vision to Toronto.
Before opening his own kitchen, Chen cooked for thousands at the Bonnaroo Music Festival — an experience that taught him discipline, consistency, and the power of great food to bring people together. Now he does simple things, exceptionally well.
